Scott Joiner is a Certified Public Account, Certified Valuation Analyst and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics. Scott worked for both Arthur Young and Price Waterhouse. Kim Savasuk is a Certified Public Accountant. Both Scott and Kim have a bachelors and masters degree in accounting.

Our focus is directly on our client. We are dedicated to helping you chart your course through life’s challenging waters. Each client is uniquely different and requires special attention. We stay up to date on accounting and tax changes through annual continuing professional education.

We prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, trusts, estates, condominiums and homeowner associations. Timely filing and accuracy is critical in today’s environment with the IRS. We also represent our clients before the IRS or other governmental agencies such as Florida sales tax audits.

For those clients that need formal financial statements we offer compiled, reviewed or audited financial statements. In many cases these are required due to regulatory rules. Financials may be required for bonding, license applications, renewals and for loan covenants. We also prepare the guardianship financial statements for the court.

In certain instances we are engaged for agreed upon procedures such as the setup of internal controls or other policies.

We also assist in buy-in, buy-out scenarios, tax planning strategies, business plans and foreign tax issues (FIRPTA). Business plans or projections may be required for work visa applications or SBA loans.

We have a range of bookkeeping services including Quick Books set up and direct deposit payroll services. We prepare payroll returns, 1099’s and W-2’s.
